Thank you for shopping at Bexo. Below is our Shipping Policy, which outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected carrier, and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

- International: 7–15 business days (depending on customs clearance and carrier availability)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors (e.g., customs, weather, carrier delays).


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the system after dispatch.


4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most regions worldwide.

Some items may be restricted in certain countries due to customs regulations or carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Bexo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Delivery Issues

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Bexo is not liable for carrier delays or failures.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
